Welcome to Aria CRM 👋

1. Go to the sign-in page and continue with Google (or a sign-in link to your email).
2. First time? Your workspace is created automatically — name it after your company when asked.
3. Invite your team from Settings → Members → Invite (share the invite link on WhatsApp!). Every member gets full CRM access.

1. Save your sheet as CSV (File → Download → CSV in Google Sheets).
2. In Aria, open People or Companies → click the ⋮ options menu → Import.
3. Match your columns to Aria fields on the preview screen (we auto-match names, phones, emails) → Import.

Tip: one file for Companies first, then People — contacts auto-link to their company by name.

1. In Zoho: Setup → Data Administration → Export — export Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Deals (CSV).
2. Import each file in Aria: Companies ← Accounts, People ← Contacts + Leads, Opportunities ← Deals.
3. Deal stages: map your Zoho stages to Aria's pipeline during import (or ask us to mirror your exact stages).

Don't want to do it yourself? We migrate you for free — send us your exports and it's done within 48 hours, with a verification report. Your Zoho stays untouched.

1. In Odoo: open Contacts (and CRM → Pipeline) → select all → Action → Export → keep "I want to update data" OFF → Export as CSV.
2. Suggested fields: name, phone, email, company, city; for pipeline: opportunity name, stage, expected revenue.
3. Import the CSVs in Aria exactly like the Excel flow above.

Self-hosted Odoo with lots of custom fields? Use the free concierge — we handle the mapping.

1. Contacts: your WhatsApp customers live in your phone's address book. On Android/iPhone, sync to Google Contacts, then at contacts.google.com → Export → CSV → import into Aria People.
2. Key conversations (optional): in a chat → ⋮ → More → Export chat → Without media — send us the .txt for your top customers and we attach the history to the right contacts.

We only ever use WhatsApp's own export features — nothing that risks your number.

Click New chat (top-left) and just ask. Aria AI can find and update records, build dashboards, draft follow-ups, and create documents. Try:

Your team will message Aria's WhatsApp number to add leads, log notes, and get their morning follow-up digest — straight from the field, no app needed. Your workspace admin will connect team numbers in Settings when it goes live for your account.
